Zesty sauce

Ingredients

• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp fish sauce
• ½ chopped chilli
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• ½ a lime, juiced
• Cilantro, to taste

Recipe

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

2. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
