Ahi tuna
Seared ahi tuna with a balsamic reduction.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ahi tuna steak
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp coarse fresh ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled, halved
Recipe

Coat tuna with spices, salt and pepper.

Cook for 2 minutes on each side in a pan with oil over high heat.

Deglaze pan with vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic.

Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over or along side sliced tuna.
